Thank you for your generosity in 2025. You have made an impact in our City, State, Nation, and World! To print your 2025 Tax Deductible Giving Statements, log in to City Reach Church Planning Center below.

1. Log in with your phone number and/or email address.

2. Click “Profile”.

3. Click the circular icon with your initials in the upper right hand corner or the “Me” in the menu.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “My Giving”.

5. Scroll to the bottom and Click “Statements”. This should allow you to choose the 2025 giving year.
