DREAM TEAM

BAPTISM

Our Baptism Team assists with all aspects of Sunday baptisms. As a church family, we serve and assist people taking this critical step in their faith here at City Reach. Helping to get people checked in, preparing baptism bags, walking people to the correct location and assisting leaders in any area needed.  Baptisms occur four Sundays throughout the calendar year, when there is a fifth Sunday in a month.

CITY REACH APPAREL

Our Apparel Team plays a pivotal role in connecting our church community to impactful merchandise that inspires others to discover God’s truth. In addition to merchandising, they also serve as a critical communication link to our first-time guests, welcoming them with kindness and guiding them through our product offerings.

CITY REACH KIDS

Our Kids Team leads children into an authentic relationship with Jesus through the Word of God, worship, prayer, hands-on activities, and small groups. They serve kids from ages 0 to 5th grade, providing a nurturing and engaging environment for spiritual growth.

Our Kids Check-In Team is committed to creating a welcoming environment for families and children. They understand the importance of ensuring that parents feel confident and secure when checking in with their kids. By providing a warm and friendly welcome, they facilitate the check-in process to ensure children are cared for effectively and efficiently.

CITY YOUTH TEAM

Our Youth Team is dedicated to leading the next generation of young believers on their journey to Jesus Christ. Through dynamic small groups, powerful services, and engaging events designed specifically for 6th-12th graders, they help young people grow in their faith and develop a deep and authentic relationship with God while having a blast!

CONNECT

Our Connect Team ensures that our church family and first-time attendants have every opportunity to participate in our vibrant and active community by providing resources and helping them take their next step by registering for upcoming events, small groups, and Next Steps classes. They play a vital role in assisting people to get connected and continue to grow.

CREATIVE

Our Creative Team utilizes the power of visual creativity to elevate the worship experience. Through dynamic Video Production, Graphic Design, Strategic Marketing, Photography, and Social Media expertise, they craft immersive environments that resonate deeply with our community. These thoughtfully curated design elements breathe life into our gatherings, fostering a vibrant atmosphere that leaves a lasting impact on everyone who encounters them.

DREAM TEAM CENTRAL (DTC)

Our Dream Team Central is dedicated to supporting our Dream Teamers during services and special events. They serve as hosts, providing refreshments and encouragement to those who are serving our church family. Their commitment to serving with joy and gratitude sets the tone for our Dream Team, inspiring others to give their best and serve with excellence.

EVENTS

Our Events Team is instrumental in creating a welcoming and visually appealing atmosphere for conferences and church-wide events. They ensure that every detail is perfect, from the placement of chairs and tables to decorations and food set-up. Their attention to detail and passion for serving others make our events memorable and enjoyable for everyone involved.

FACILITIES

Our Facilities Team uses their gift of craftsmanship to help maintain the excellence of our building ensuring a distraction-free and safe experience for our church family. Both during the week and during services, the Facilities Team works in the background to keep the building operational.

HOSPITALITY

Our Hospitality Team, stationed in the lobby and at the coffee stations, plays a crucial role in creating the warm and welcoming atmosphere that defines our worship experiences. Through their friendly conversations and hot cups of coffee and tea, they create a space where people can feel valued and welcomed.

INTERCESSORY PRAYER

Our Intercession Team supports church services and gatherings. They cover the environment, Dream Teams, speakers, and people in prayer. This team remains attentive and responsive, helping create a space for people to encounter God. They rely on the Holy Spirit for direction while remaining sensitive and intentional in how they pray.

LEGACY

Our Legacy Team harnesses the incredible power of generosity to bolster critical initiatives and advance the overarching mission of City Reach Church through strategic and tactical financial contributions. With unwavering commitment, they leverage the spiritual gift of giving to bring our vision to life and make a tangible impact in our community.

Our Online Host Team cultivates a sense of family among our online church community, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels connected and valued. Through interactive and engaging experiences, they facilitate meaningful relationships that help our online family members feel like an integral part of our church community.

PARKING

Our Parking Team provides a friendly and inviting atmosphere to all who visit our property. They create a warm and welcoming experience from the moment our guests arrive and are committed to ensuring a safe and efficient parking experience, setting the stage for a positive and enjoyable visit to our church.

PRAYER

Our Prayer Team is deeply committed to seeking God’s will through the power of prayer. They pray with unwavering faith and dedication, seeking God's guidance, peace, and wisdom for our church family and our city both during the week and during services and gatherings.

PRODUCTION

Our Production Team members are true masters of their craft, creating an unforgettable worship experience. Through their expert use of lighting, cameras, sound systems, digital displays, and other visual elements, they enhance our worship experience with the goal that every single person who attends can connect and grow in their relationship with God.

RESET

Our Reset Team plays an important role in ensuring that our church building is well-maintained and ready for services and events. They work diligently before, after, and in between services to keep the building and experience in top-notch condition. They make sure that every guest in our church has everything they need when they need it.

SHUTTLES AND OVERFLOW PARKING

Our Shuttles and Overflow Parking Team serves as one of the first points of connection for guests and Dream Teamers arriving on campus. This team helps create a smooth and welcoming experience by directing traffic, assisting with parking in overflow areas, and transporting team members safely and efficiently to and from the church entrance. With friendly attitudes and a heart to serve, team members help set the tone for each person’s visit, ensuring everyone feels seen, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

SMALL GROUP LEADERSHIP

Our Small Group Leadership Team facilitates small groups around our city to build a sense of community and authentic relationships. Life change happens best in the context of relationships, which is why their focus is on building connections that help our church family grow in their faith and take their next steps on their freedom journey. Through groups, they create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can share their struggles and triumphs, pray for one another, and experience the power of community.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE TEAM (SAT) + SAFETY

Our SAT and Safety Team is vital to ensuring the safety and security of our church family during services and special events. They understand that a strong community is built on a foundation of trust and safety, and take that responsibility very seriously. With various first responder skills, they respond quickly and effectively to any situation that may arise, creating a secure environment where our church family can come together to worship and enjoy community safely.

USHER

Our Usher Team serves our church family by ushering in the people and the presence of God. They are dedicated to maintaining an uninterrupted and immersive experience throughout our services so each guest feels right at home by assisting them to their seats and ensuring the auditorium is prepared for our church family.

WELCOME

Our Welcome Team is dedicated to making everyone feel at home when they walk through our doors. They are the first smiling faces you see, providing a warm welcome and greeting to our church family. And when it’s time to say goodbye, they do it with a fond farewell that leaves a lasting impression. Their hospitality creates an environment that opens the heart to encountering God and makes people feel like family.

WORSHIP

Our Worship Team is committed to leading our church family to encounter the presence of God through musical worship. Our Worship Team understands that one moment in God’s presence changes everything and strives to lead our church family to a corporate moment of worship during our services.
